"The staff at the hotel are all great and helpful. The food/drinks at the restaurant are very overpriced as the hotel know there is no where else within walking distance. The AC in the room was also very weak so the room was pretty warm, even at night."

"Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is great - very close to duomo and shopping, but far enough off the beaten path to not be crowded/loud. The terrace is a really nice place to sit in the shade and relax during the day. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. AC was lovely to have as the outside temperature started to climb."
