Apartment 'Das Landhaus 1' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Kirch Mulsow is located south of the B105 about 20 km from the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn.

3 generations live in our country house. We have lovingly renovated the house in recent years and you will find 2 modern apartments behind the old walls on the upper floor. Two free-roaming family dogs also live on the property and are always happy to be petted. If you don't like dogs, our vacation apartments are not the right choice.

We have set aside an area for our guests to which our dogs have no access and where you can relax under the fruit trees and have a barbecue. There is a play area, a small sandpit and a trampoline for children. They can play with a ball and run around on the lawn. The property is completely fenced in.

In the small town of Neubukow, approx. 8 km away, there are shops, restaurants, a savings bank, ATMs and a train station.

The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar as well as the cathedral town of Bad Doberan are also easily accessible by bus and train.

Families with small children like to go to the shallow Salzhaff, about 15 km away, as do surfers and stand-up paddlers.

Pros: Wir hatten schon das zweite Mal einen wundervollen Urlaub in Kirch Mulsow. Es ist total erholsam, die Kinder können spielen und alle Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich in der Ferienwohnung einen entspannten Tag machen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Familie Jenjahn und viele Grüße nach Kirch Mulsow

Pros: Bereits das zweite Mal hatten wir als 4-köpfige Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier auf dem Land. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits der Ostseeorte (25-35 Minuten Autofahrt), aber genau das ist für uns das Charmante an dieser Ferienwohnung. Je nach Wetter, Vorliebe und Laune unternehmen wir von hier aus Ausflüge an die Strände nach Kühlungsborn, Börgerende, Rerik oder zur Insel Poel, ins schöne Wismar, Bad Doberan oder Schwerin. Die Kinder lieben die Fahrt mit der Dampflok Molli oder das gute Eis von Cocos Eismilchbar, das es an mehreren Orten gibt - und überhaupt gibt es viele Unternehmungen, die man machen kann: Von Sommerrodelbahn bis Zoo. Und dann freuen wir uns jeden Abend, wieder auf dem Land anzukommen, in der Ruhe, bei den Schwalben, Spatzen und Hunden. Mit einem schönen Grillplatz, einem riesigen Garten, wo die Wäsche im Wind trocknet und es viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gibt. Wo es sich gut auf festen Matratzen schläft und es auch gar nicht so schlimm ist, wenn Wlan oder mobile Daten mal nicht so schnell funken wie in der Stadt. Dafür ist man ja auch im Urlaub - und auf dem Land. Danke liebe Familie Jenjahn! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Pros: Wir waren als Familie zu Gast in einer super modernen und großen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig, ideal abends nach einem Ausflug den Grill anzuschmeissen und den Tag ausklingen zulassen. In der Ferienwohnung liegen viele Flyer für verschiedene Ausflugsideen. Wenn man doch mal eine Frage hat, steht Familie Jenjahn mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Pros: Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sehr nette Vermieter. Tolle Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen
