「The room was spotless and all the staff was friendly 」

「My only recommendation is that they need to have the shuttle that goes to and from the rooms every 5 minutes, we had to be waiting long periods to get the lobby from our rooms. When we were checking out , we call for bell man and 15 minutes no one showed up, we had to walk all the way to the car parking lot up the hill pulling the luggage… 」
