"We had an enjoyable stay at Grand Palladium overall. Although we experienced several issues with our room during our visit, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the resort’s staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their dedication and positive attitude turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable one. We sincerely hope the resort continues to improve the maintenance and condition of its rooms, as the outstanding employees deserve facilities that reflect the high level of service they provide. We would especially like to recognize Robison concierge, Angel at the Nest Restaurant, Pebel at the front desk, and Ramon and Fermin from the resort transportation team. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on us. They are true assets to Grand Palladium and played a big part in making our vacation enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We truly appreciate your hard work and look forward to returning in the future."

"This is our fist time staying with palladium properties. Our stay started off uneasy, some staff seemed cold and not committed. We were also confused about the property parameters, ex.(what/where we were permitted and what was not accessible with our bracelets.) The saving grace was our Butler Norielis. Norielis was so kind and helpful for the entire stay. She helped us with all of our needs & reservations, she even checked on our departure transport without prompting. We also would like to mention some other staff that saved this trip from being unsuccessful. Benito and Angela from Helios grill. Betania and Dolores wait staff, along with Raul from the main lobby. These staff members made up for anything else lacking. TRS is a little dated but was very clean and well kept. In the end it was a successful trip thanks to the wonderful staff mentioned. Tips from our experience. 1.)Download palladium app, 2.)Don't be afraid to ask your butler or staff any questions 3.) Use your access to all the palladium amenities. 4.) Bring insulated cups 5.) Bring cash to tip. (Hardworking Staff)"
