"El sitio es magnifico y encantador. Situado en pleno parque de los picos en un pueblito. La casa es cómoda y las habitaciones con cuarto de baño individual estan bonitas y las camas muy comodas. La vista es espectacular.Hay autobuses para ir a Sotres, Pancebo y Arenas.La acogida ha sido excellente y Encarnacion se ha ocupado de acogernos aunque hemos llegado bastante tarde. Hay que saber que el pueblo no tiene cobertura internet. Encarnacion nos ha permitido conectarnos a su wi fi cuando lo necesitabamos pero en la casa no hay conexion posible.Hay que verlo como una buena oportunidad para desconectarse en un entorno precioso."

"The hotel is spotlessly clean and provides daily housekeeping. It's in a perfect location to walk to all the local shops bars and restaurants and has its own car park. Really nice staff who are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK but overpriced at €11, when coffee and a croissant were €4 in a local cafe. The rooms have ceiling fans which are good but they cannot be used overnight as activated by the lights. Lack of air-con was the only thing missing from a lovely little hotel in a great town."

"Unbelievably beautiful location! Mountains all around. Parking is challenging, depending on time of arrival, but that's the only complaint. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on site. You simply won't find a more beautiful setting for a hotel!"

"We stayed here one night before starting a 3-day trek in Picos de Europa. The hotel was charming, clean and comfortable, the staff was really helpful, and there was free parking across the street where we were able to leave our car during our trek. Las Arenas is a cute mountain town, and everything was easily walkable, including an excellent restaurant across the street, and a bus we took to Sotres for the start of our hike."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."
