" Breakfast was delivered fresh and warm every day at our designated time. The pool was warm and spacious while being surrounded by tropical plants. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the grounds and nature. Great spot for morning coffee or breakfast. Having ponies on the grounds to feed and pet made it the total package. Our granddaughter said all of her “dreams were coming true” while we stayed."

"We loved the view and location of the house. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the wildlife refuge and beach. The hot tub at sunset was very relaxing! We would stay again. "

"This is a lovely house in the most beautiful locations on Chincoteague Bay. The layout of the house was perfect for us (grandparents on the bottom floor in the master bedroom, each grandchild and her parents in one of the rooms upstairs), and the house is situated on a lovely lot right on the water with a sturdy dock. We were there for a nor'easter and the closing of the causeway bridge, and although we had water up to and under the house, we felt safe the entire time. We never lost power and the VRBO company stayed in touch we us the entire time. They even sent someone out to check on the septic system because it was under a foot of water (it held up fine). "

The furniture needs to be upgraded, especially the kitchen table and the outdoor furniture on the screened-in porch and front porch. The front porch also needs paint."
