Recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen, balcony, comfortable heat, etc. You can see the owner, Giovanni, took great care with the design and remodeling. The location is perfect — just off the main street. We highly recommend this home! "

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"Pictures and description on site can’t explain the quality, or cleanliness, in detail. The villa, location and service where fantastic, as was the hospitality of the owner. Great restaurant across the road and many other convenience stores in walking distance. Cavriglia is well situated for visiting places and of course wine tasting. "Wir fühlten uns in der Toskana sehr wohl. Die Übergabe war sehr gut und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte etwas genauer sein. Das Geschirr war leider schmutzig. Nachdem wir es gespült hatten, fühlten wir uns wohl. Wetterbedingt war es sehr kalt und feucht in der Wohnung. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage den Pelletofen angemacht. Für die Pellets hatten wir Zusatzkosten, dass muss man wissen. Ohne Heizung hätte man es nicht ausgehalten. Leider hat es im auch sehr aus dem Ausguss...
