"The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super accommodating! The train station is close by for travel which was amazing and the amount of bakeries in the area made me so happy! "

"Friendly and hospitable, new property in great shape. Great lounge and bar area downstairs with varied seating options for drinks and bar food, working or relaxing. Spacious room with balcony. A few things we did not like: black interior of cabinets and wardrobe without any inside lighting made it hard to see what’s inside. Hallways were also painted black with vertical blinding light fixtures which came on based on motion, and made it very uncomfortable to the eyes to walk down the hallways after dark. "

"We were rebooked into a room that was undergoing maintenance, and the door made a screeching noise when opening or closing. I made a reservation for two, buh towels, cups, and everything were for one because that was the wrong room. The view wasn't what I paid for. It took longer to get extra toiletries. We could smell cigarettes smooke in our room and it wasn't fun"

"Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome. We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax. The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. "

"No change of towels for 3 days!. Same for bedding no service at all. And no hot water for first morning. Not what I remember from Best Western. Staff were pretty good to be fair"

"There are a number of negatives about this hotel... 1. I was unable to get an additional pillow. The receptionist simply told me it was too late (it was about 6 30pm) and refused to help. 2. You get a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. You can hear people talking, snoring, watching TV, etc. 3. In one of our rooms the TV had no available channels. 4. The beds weren't awful, but not particularly comfortable. "
