「The property is in a great location, walkable to the boardwalk but away enough for some peace. The premium suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed room was stylish and immaculate. This will be my first choice when visiting Rehoboth Delaware.」

「Property was well kept/ cute design on cottage ( nice touch on modern touch like bathroom mirror/ stove) However when we arrived the code provided was not working we had to wait for a maintenance team to help us, also the cottage we had was right on highway and sitting on patio was just noisy. Some items weren’t working like the fan/door of the bathroom and last minute the hanger covering the wall just fell off in the middle of the night. We enjoyed ourselves and the BBQ area. 「The Dormer House location was very convenient to the beach and to the famous Washington Street Mall. The parking is definitely a plus, because there is no parking anywhere when the summer is in full swing. The hostess was wonderful and very informative about the area and local activities, including at the house. There was short story reading on the porch, which was nice for something different. 「We had a great time at this hotel. our room was clean and was equipped with a little kitchenette. There was Towels for beach and shower which was nice. The staff was very helpful in guiding us to the beach access and we were supplied with complimentary beach loungers and towels which was a great added bonus. We wished the hot tub was hotter , it was more luke warm. All in all we enjoyed our time here and would stay again.」
