The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the location was convenient; about 10 minutes to the beach and shopping.There are just a few areas that could make the property even more enjoyable. The backyard has a lot of natural brush, which brought some bugs and made it harder to spend time outside. We also noticed bees in a tree near the driveway (parked on the street), and spiders and crickets inside....
