Super close to Washington Street mall, dog beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed amazing walks on the beach only a block away. We watched sunsets and made amazing memories."

"Our group of 6 spent Christmas at 10 Swan Avenue. We found the property to be clean, well appointed and close to shopping and sight seeing. The layout allowed privacy when desired and gathering space for socializing and dining. Check in and out were super easy as the real estate office is right around the corner."

"Many home amenities we didn't even use. The rain kept our group from using lovely porches and backyard, but the location gave us easy walking access to restaurants, trolley and the beach. So we also hardly used the kitchen amenities or beautiful dining room with 12 chairs. Krysten was quick to respond to our questions....yes, you need to bring bed and bath linens, for example. Both parlors are large enough for our group of 8 to gather in one to discuss plans. Highly recommend."

"This place was stunning. All the bells and whistles. They didn’t leave anything to question. All appliances up to date and everything in the kitchen that was needed. The area was quiet and the house being on the corner, gave for more space. Me, my son and his friends stayed here after the prom, and they had a ball. Thinking about coming back in the summer for a week getaway. You want all the bells and whistles, this is where you want to be."

"We had a wonderful week down in Cape May at this house. It’s a nice quiet street where the kids can play outside and you don’t have to worry about cars. Perfect location to shops/restaurants and beach. My 4 year old walked the whole way to and from the beach with no problem. The bikes were great for my niece and nephews to ride when they got bored with the family😂 my husband and I rode the bikes every morning to Madison’s bakery for donuts for the kids.
