Don't forget to bring the provided beach gear, which includes an umbrella, toys for the kids, beach chairs, a cooler with wheels, and a beach wagon with large wheels for the sand. Yacht Club Public Beach, a riverfront-accessible beach with a fishing pier, playground, and picnic shelters, is less than seven miles south. Enjoy access to local marinas for all your boating, fishing, and sightseeing needs. You'll also be close to great shopping at several local outlets, malls, and unique gift shops. And just 25 miles away, pay a visit to Sanibel Island where you'll find long stretches of sandy beach, the Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, and the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge for hiking and wildlife viewing. Other sightseeing venues include Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, Rotary Park Environmental Center, Sun Splash Waterpark, Cape Corals Farmers Market, Glover Bight Trail and Boardwalk, Edison and Ford Winter Estates, Matlacha and Pine Island, Cape Coral Historical Museum.

This modern home features contemporary styling and high-end amenities throughout to ensure you have a truly memorable vacation. The family chef will love preparing home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy family meals together at the breakfast bar or host a dinner party at the dining table. Later, settle into the cozy front sitting room or the main living area, both of which include comfortable furniture and TVs. Spend a morning fishing from the canal then head back up to the furnished lanai to throw a little char on today's catch with the gas grill. You can kick back in one of the chaise lounge chairs to enjoy the lanai's southern exposure and tropical views or gather friends around the adorable tropical bar to experiment with new and exciting cocktails. There is also a sparkling outdoor pool where you can cool down and enjoy a refreshing evening. The garage has been converted into a game room complete with ping-pong and shuffleboard, plus there is a game console in the den.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful and comfortable!

The house is spacious and very clean! The beds are really comfortable. This is one of the most inclusive homes we have rented yet. Pool toys, cooler, beach chairs, fishing poles, tp, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Literally walked in and felt like home. Highly recommend!!!
