Villa SeaDuction

This brand new, southwest Cape home, located on intersecting canals, will "wow" you before you even step foot in the property. The home features 3 bedrooms and a den, as well as 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. With over 2,100 square feet, each room is spacious and light and is beautifully furnished.

Upon your first step into the home you will notice the beautiful light piece hanging in the entryway. You and your family and friends will love hanging out in the living room, this large space with sectional couch has a large mounted TV also has a beautiful glass built in fireplace. You will enjoy this newly built home that also has all new furniture with a light and airy décor feel. The open floor plan of the kitchen makes this the perfect place to cook a meal and the kitchen also houses a separate wine fridge. There is a dedicated separate dining area to seat 8 people.

All 3 bedrooms have king beds. The den off of the living room has a queen sleeper sofa - giving everyone plenty of room! The ensuite master bathroom has a beautiful stand alone bathtub!

The outdoor lanai area is just as beautiful as in the inside of the home and has a dining area to enjoy meals outside. You and your guests will love the outside greenery and "away from it all" feeling around the property. Take a splash in the sparkling pool and soak up some of that southwest Florida sunshine. Enjoy the use of 4 bicycles to tour around the neighborhood, or enjoy exploring the canal system with the two kayaks available! There is lots to keep you busy on your getaway!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well-maintained property! It is a beautiful, newer home that is well laid-out, nicely appointed, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room to host friends and family when they visited, and everyone enjoyed the large patio and pool area! We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

Beautiful home

We rented this house for 3 weeks and it was absolutely amazing. The home has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are a great size and the ability to have indoor outdoor space with the doors sliding all the way open from the living room to the pool was magnificent. The house has all of the amenities you would need and is conviently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and all major shopping. We had a fantastic stay here and would return again.
