Generally excellent hotel. Property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was ideal and the view from the balcony was glorious. Excellent poolside seating too (though there was a lack of umbrellas for the number of seats). Disappointed that there was no designated smoking area (and the consequent number of selfish people smoking at the pool side in close proximity to the loungers). We would return here though as overall experience was excellent.

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich , bemüht und versucht alles für einen möglich zu machen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es gibt viel zur Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, aber wir haben direkt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen . Die Betten sind bequem . Die Poollandschaft ist auch sehr gepflegt und schön.

Misvedligeholdt hotel, lugtgener specielt efter fugtskade og megen støj fra ringe amatør underholdning. Fin varieret mad. 4 stjernet hotel som har mulighed for at være perfekt, men ikke udnytter det. Elendige parkeringsforhold, dette er dog ingen overraskelse.

J’ai été obligé de quitter l’hôtel 24 heures après mon arrivée à la suite d’un incident avec certaines personnes du personnel et leurs réflexions désobligeantes. J’ai trouvé un hôtel en catastrophe qui par contre était très bien avec Hôtel.com et Iberostar. Je vous demande le remboursement de mes 4 nuits restantes non consommées mais payées en avance. Merci

Eine großartige Unterkunft. Es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hätten. Das Personal war super, unser Zimmer war sehr leise und sauber und das Essen war fantastisch. Es war ein Mega entspannter Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne!

Superbt ställe att sola o bada.

Fantastiskt boende, som att bo i ett litet radhus. 2 rum. Fantastisk frukost samt middagarna som var av 1:a klass. Det fanns allt du kan önska dig o lite till. Varje middag hade ett tema från olika länder. Underhållning 3 gg/vecka. Rekommenderas 18+ hotell.

Skønt Hotel og super god beliggenhed. God service, personalet især Alex, er fantastisk. Det eneste minus er at der bliver røget meget på dette hotel. Der er ikke lavet ryge områder, så når man ligger ved poolen, sidder på sin terrasse, i baren osv bliver der røget meget. Det er normalt ikke et problem for os, men dette var lige i overkanten. Syntes man skulle lave ryger områder.

Die Unterkunft in der Lage ist einfach ein Traum! Die Zimmer sind super schön renoviert, wir hatten einen Badezimmer mit Fenster, was ich sehr gut fand. Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln hätte, wäre, dass wir angeblich keinen Sechser Tisch im Restaurant direkt am Geländer zum Pool haben durften. Komischerweise saßen aber an mehreren Tagen am gleichen Tisch sechs Personen. Darüber habe ich mich sehr geärgert, denn ich habe extra nachgefragt.

rozczarowany

Obsługa mało pomocna i w 90% komunikacja tylko w języku niemieckim lub hiszpańskim. Zdjęcia plaży piaskowej ni jak nie mają się do stanu faktycznego. Przy hotelu nie ma plaży :(, a najbliższa jest oddalona o 10-15minut spacerem, ale ze słabą infrastrukturą i dużą ilością plażowiczów z całej okolicy. Hotel jako obiekt bardzo ładny z 3 basenami i tarasami z widokiem na może, ale obsługa w hotelu i restauracji "słabo".
