「My family and I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this feedback constructively in hopes it helps improve future guests’ stays.Upon arrival, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. 「The property was easy to find and convenient to get around Mineola. Accommodations were great. Nice layout: kitchen perfect with refrigerator/ microwave/ oven / coffee maker. Cups/ bowls / plates and silverware all good. Actually most comfortable bed while on vacation. Only issue we had was the smell of cat pee which (after lighting a candle) was fine. Overall comfortable stay.」
