「Muy bien el hotel, bien de precio, el desayuno muy bien la verdad. Faltan enchufes a la altura de la cabecera de la cama para cargar el móvil. 」

「フロントの方が皆さんとても親切だった。 部屋はコンパクトだが、必要最低限のものは揃っていて、快適な滞在ができた。 ロケーションも中心地からは少し離れてるが、トラムやバス、電車の駅が近くまったく不便に感じなかった。バスターミナルへも徒歩7分ほどだった。また利用したい。」

「The staff were incredibly patient and kind. Room very clean. It is on a street with a steep incline so could be tough if elderly and or you have lots of luggage. Close to Market de esperanza. 」

「旧市街にある立地抜群のホテルです。飛行機のスケジュールが変更になり、到着が夜12時を過ぎてしまいましたが、予めメールで連絡を取り、ビル入り口の暗証番号や部屋番号を知ることが出来ました。ただ、最終的な部屋番号のメールを受け取ったのが当日で、経由地のミュンヘンだったので、ハラハラしましたが、無事に部屋に入ることが出来ました。その後のスタッフの対応は非常に親切でフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。シャワーのみの部屋でしたが、共有のバスルームがあり、バスタブもありましたので、良かったです。ラウンジには、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーの自販機もありました。また、ビルバオに行くときは泊まりたいと思います。」

「Nice view over the city. Calm sporty area, with several sun beds in the park if you wanna rest from the city. Close to a big supermarket. Not suitable if you have problem walking. Choose taxi to and from the AirPort.」
