"For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

"The house is difficult to access. The entrance to the garage is steep, and there are many steps to climb outside and inside the property. There was a musty scent in the basement sitting area. The AC didn't work properly, in the bedroom, on the top floor. We loved the big terrace, the view, and the pool area."

"Lovely clean property and ideal location to explore the French Riviera.More air conditioning or ceiling fans required not just in one bedroom,we were bitten all over may by the ants, mosquitos or bed bugs were not sure.The villa is well stocked throughout,but the owners should learn a little English as finding the villa to start with was a issue."

"The property itself was clean. Furnishings a bit limited. One towel for each person, no hand towels or washcloths. 2 kitchen towels only. There is no parking in the area, if you’re driving I would avoid this location. Overall I would rate this as very average place that worked well for us.
