This was a great place to stay. Everything has been renovated and it’s very clean. We got upgraded for free and it was amazing! Definitely will be back!

The property is excellent when you travel with kids. The access to the pool and water slide adds extra points. We were able to check in sooner, too, which again is very convenient with kids.

I had requested an early check in and we were able to get our room by 1pm. The pool was absolutely amazing. My kids loved the slide. The free cookies in the evening were also welcome. Breakfast was pretty wholesome. They even had gluten and dairy free options. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only draw back was that the wifi wasnt the best. Also if they add a fresh egg/omlete station that would be even better. We will definitely be coming back!

Staff were all great, room was clean except heat registers were not. Bed was comfy but couches and chairs in room are beyond use and should be discarded.

There was mild growing on the pull out bed mattress. We called the front desk and they changed our room but couldn’t offer us the same type of room and got us a cot instead. The complementary breakfast was nice and they even had gluten free options. The hotel is close to the train tracks and it can be quite noisy at night. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide and loved that it was warm.

I went with my 3 kids and we had a good time at the pool. Hot tub needs a cleaning or revamp. Breakfast was okay and included in the price. Breakfast staff was friendly. The room and it's cleanliness was average. It was sufficient for us to sleep at night and explore Canmore. Property condition and facility would definitely need improvement or an upgrade. For the price of 111$ per night, it was worth it for the price. We went in an off season time, so we got parking easily. Our remote and TV was not configured very well which we informed front desk and someone was sent but they could not figure it out either. But we figured out to watch TV around the problem. The bed metal frame has something sticking out near to the headboard and my toddler would accidentally scratch himself on it. Maybe cover that area. I use a sock to cover the metal part. Staff and service was good. Overall we had a good time and we would go there again during off season.

Really appreciated the use of local, natural body care products by Rocky Mountain Soap company in the room. Pool was great. Breakfast was lovely.

We always love coming to this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is superb. The rooms are always clean and we really enjoyed having a room on the main floor. Was kinda sad though how we asked if we could have the lawn chairs on our balcony so we could sit but as the day went on we saw that every other balcony got them but we didn’t, felt intentional. Would have liked to have sat on our balcony. Other than that our stay was very nice.

Thanks for your review and valued feedback Lyn. Over the past week we have been transitioning from winter to summer at the hotel and this includes putting out balcony furniture. It is a lot of work and takes a few days to complete. I am sorry that you specifically requested chairs and they did not arrive. I am happy to say all of our balconies are now complete with tables and chairs.

First time in Canmore with my kids, its definitely good for family, kids loved the swimming pool and the slide, hope they make breakfast more flexible with options and different from day to day! Other than that! I would comeback to it again definitely! Its a good location

We had a blast! The room and breakfast was very nice. My son loved the waterslide. I tried the sauna it is okay but not much steam. We will definitely be back!

We had a beautiful room but the blankets on the beds were terrible. There was sheets over sheets no proper blanket that kept a person warm. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the mattress just a flat sheet so a person would just get lost with all these sheets during the night. Very uncomfortable. But the breakfast was amazing! And the pool was great but a little too cold so lots of parents just sat in chairs and watched their kids instead of going into the water cause it was just very brisk.

I love how they treated my dog. This place is truly pet friendly. The rooms are clean and pool is great. The breakfast that’s included is also an amazing spread. Really great place.
