施設はスタイリッシュで広く、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。 ビーチまでも近く、通りから入っているので昼間はとても静かで、過ごしやすい場所だと思いましたが、夜は近くのナイトクラブの騒音が1:00-2:00までうるさく室内まで響きます。 夜遊びして昼ゆっくりの方には向いていますが、夜に眠りたい方には不向き。 また、私達が滞在した日には水道ポンプが故障して、何度も全ての水が止まりました。 2泊の間に改善せず、息子はシャンプーの途中で水が止まったり、トイレが流せながったりしました。 ポンプのオーバーヒートらしく、20-30分でまた出るようにはなりますが、とても不便でした。 スタッフの方々はできるだけ対応していてとても良かったのですが、施設のメンテナンスが必要だと思いました。

Property is a great location. Located in a safe lane way. Staff at the villa 24/7 so made you feel very safe. On arrival the fridge has 6 soft drinks, and some snacks which was unexpected, was so kind and thoughtful. The villa was spacious, great pool not too much sun which is nice to help with the heat. Villa staff were lovely very helpful, and like a said was nice knowing they were there 24/7 I didn’t realise breakfast was included, which was great and 1 less expense with different options to choose. Beds were comfortable, I’m pretty fussy with beds but had a great sleep every night. Was a nice and quiet lane way too, no noise keeping you up at night. Villa was a great location in Canggu with good food options, echo beach, la brisa, spa’s, markets all within a few minute walk. Great spot if you don’t feel comfortable riding on scooters. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Overpriced average villa by the beach

My friends and I booked a stay at what we thought would be a luxury villa by the beach. The location is very good, less than a 5 min walk from Echo Beach. However, the accommodations did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, all the floors in the entire villa (bedrooms, bathrooms, outside areas) looked as if they had not been cleaned in a long time. They were visibly dirty. However, when management was informed, cleaning did happen the next day, much improving the cleanliness of the floors. The bed linens and bath towels were clean but they were exceptionally old and no longer white. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was low the drain was quite slow. The downstairs bathroom has a super giant tub, which has no plug, so the only way to shower is with the handheld shower nozzle. The outside area is open, with trees and plants around the border. It was impossible to walk outside the bedrooms without having on mosquito repellant, as there were mosquitos everywhere, mainly due to the stagnant water pool by the front door that is a big mosquito breeding area. The villa certainly could be a nice place to stay is closer attention was paid to details but I unfortunately will not be back.

Kolmen makuuhuoneen villa, jossa 2 makuuhuonetta ylhäällä ja alhaalla makuuhuone ja oleskelutila. Alakerran kylpyhuone osittain avonainen, sateella lattia lainehti vettä ja huone kostea. Samoin alakerran oleskelutila osittain avonainen, ja sateella osa lattiasta liukas. Koko villa pintaremontin tarpeessa ja edellisistä johtuen siisteys ei kovin hyvä. Oma uima-allas ok. Aamiainen keskitasoa. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias. Hinta-laatusuhde huono.

Poorly managed, unkept hotel

One of the worst villas have stayed at in Bali. Price paid was not value for money (Villa was not cheap) - The villa is not at all as pictured. The villa is badly run and taken care of, ran by 1 untrained staff who doubles as the receptionist, bellman, housekeeper,etc. There is no receptionist desk so he was barely there when needed assistance. The rooms have no basic amenities like bottled water, slippers,etc. Negatives: -Mold in water dispenser -Room had bad smell -Multiple stains on bedsheets (from blood to yellow stains) -Villa generally feels dirty and not taken care of -Sink and bathtub was clogged -Had to kneel while showering because the handle to the shower was too short in length and many more...

Not a bad place when you don't look for luxury~

3 villas in one complex. We stayed at the 3 bedroom. Villa is managed 24/7 (taking turns with villa management agencies). Master bedroom bathroom is half covered and half open - meaning if it rains you're sitting on the toilet getting drenched. Best part about it was the large private pool and good TV (Samsung HD with ok channels). Downside was there was no hot water and they didn't try to resolve it and the apparent aging of the villa. A very close walk (4-5 mins) to Echo Beach. And a close walk to some restaurants and bars. Especially liked La Dunia (5-7pm happy hour) and Captain Catch (nice views and away from Echo Beach Club restaurants).

어머님을 모시고 가는 첫 가족여행이라 숙소 선택으로 꽤 고민 후에 한 선택이었는데 결과는 대 만족이었습니다. 친절한 직원들과 시설, 수영장, 조식 등 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 발리 마지막 날 숙박이라 다음날 체크아웃 후 일정이 불안했는데 캐리어를 늦게까지 오피스에서 맡아주시고 가이드도 어레인지 해줘서 잘 놀다 왔습니다.

Some things great, some things not.

Location is pretty good, short walk to Echo Beach. Rooms are clean and look great. The bathroom, could have done with shower head, not just a bath with a handheld hose, but was clean. We had breakfast included in the deal, which we had on the first day, it was very average. Later on I saw that it'd been cooked, not in a kitchen but in a tiny guards booth at the front of the complex. Meats and eggs left out in the full sun, in a far from hygienic place to cook. Needless to say we skipped breakfast after that, and found a great place across the road called Nalu Bowls to eat instead. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Good place for Group surfers.

Hotel location is near Eco beach. Privite Pool is cool&nice after surfing on daytime. Recommend to enjoy sunset at Eco & surfing at Batubalong. Staffs are not very kind prepare to Berawa resort in Changgu.

Hidden Gem, Very well managed, value for money

Professional and Personalised management - look for Pramana who will email you before you arrive to ensure any special request like candles and flowers for my fren's birthday, great breakfast set up like 5 star hotel (very punctual otherwise they will be waking you up!), arrange transport in short notice when needed, Luxury villa at a value for money price. Best experience so far in Canggu area. Happy smiling staff. Quiet and exclusive. Great location for real coffee, ATM, Guardian, Spa, cheap local seafood. Excellent. Hope it wont turn into a Seminyak/Kuta too soon.

Everything from the pictures, but lacking hygiene

Stayed for 3 days in Sandhya Villa, and the hotel is everything the pictures promises. However, cleaning and general food hygiene could be considerable improved. Mold on the toast served at the included breakfast, and after complaining about it, the toast was replaced with new pieces also with mold. Dishwashing was done with a garden hose, and was placed to dry on the ground. If you can ignore this, and is looking for a getaway close to the waves at Echo beach (surfers paradise), with private pool, and your own butler, i would still recommend the place.

Nice Villa as per photos

The villa overall was nice, as per the photos. Staff were friendly, but few setbacks as there was no water while bathing on our last day close to check out time. The staff claimed there was something wrong with their water pump and offered us their sister villa at Seminyak. As a suggestion, the villa could provide drinking bottled water for the guests.

Excellent facilities with great staff.

Villa was exactly like the photos and well suited to a family with teenagers. stairs are not safe for toddlers. Pool fantastic and rooms of high quality. A long drive from shopping but we liked that and having the beach close by helped us relax.

Ideal geeignet für Familien und Kleingruppen

Wir wussten anfangs nicht so genau, wie das läuft: Villa tönt eher nach "Ferienwohnung" als nach Hotel. In der Sandhya Villa wurden wir mehr als nur positiv überrascht. Durch den eigenen Pool konnten unsere 3 Kinder so laut sein wie sie wollten, ohne andere Hotelgäste zu stören. Und trotzdem genossen wir einen vollumfänglichen Hotelservice mit täglicher Reinigung, Badetücher und Frühstückszubereitung. Das Servicepersonal war äusserst freundlich und hatte stets offene Ohren für unsere Anliegen. Obwohl der nahegelegene Strand "Echo Beach" wohl vor allem bei Surfern bzw. Wellenreitern bekannt ist, genossen auch wir die "Action" der zum Teil sehr hohen Wellen. Unsere kleineren Kinder (5 und 7 Jahre) wurden dabei allerdings durch einen Schwimmreifen unterstützt, der vor allem uns Erwachsenen eine gewisse Sicherheit gegeben hat. Aufgepasst auf Taucherbrillen: die gehen in den Wellen verloren und sollten deshalb vor allem im Pool verwendet werden (unsere Bilanz: -3). Empfehlenswert ist die nahegelegene Massage-Möglichkeit und der Italiener, bei dem im Menüplan auch für Kinder etwas dabei ist. FAZIT: Äusserst empfehlenswert für Familien oder Kleingruppen: Insgesamt sind es 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten. Auch das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt voll und ganz!

Great Villa

We really enjoyed the location. Close to the surf. Plenty of eating options and great coffee not far away. The Villa was fantastic and so were the staff.

Nice villa , close to plenty of places to eat .

The villa itself is very comfortable but could do with a touch of TLC .The shower head was broken and the sink in the kitchen area was not really adequate .We ourselves never cooked there but the staff that prepared breakfast were given the minimum to work with .Everything from the small gas burner to the cutlery is pretty old.The master bedroom also had only 1 small hanging rail and no shelves or drawers so quite a bit of clothing had to be left in the suitcase.The outside toilet can be somewhat of a challenge if you happen to have a tropical down pour .The staff were excellent .Eddie the manager was very helpfull with all our requests,from booking tours to organizing transport , and Mattie our driver listened and advised us on were to go. The staff that prepared BK and cleaned were always happy and smiling and willing to help with any request .
