The views from our room was breathtaking. The staff was beyond amazing! They were very nice, helpful and friendly - unmatched. The spa was so relaxing. The massages were relaxing but it was cold inside. So for me, that was a bit uncomfortable. However, they fixed that immediately. "We stayed here for the first part of our Bali vacation. The property is beautiful, our room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and eager to help. "Our room was great very clean. Our room was near the front of the property close to the road so a bit of traffic noise. The showers were hard to control the water temperature. Breakfast okay. On the whole a pleasant place to stay."
