「Wir bereisten zu fünft das erste mal Teneriffa. Durch den stetigen Kontakt mit den Eigentümern Maria und Ivan, lief alles problemlos. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen eine unaufdringliche Erklärung über das wunderschöne Ferienhaus. Es war einfach alles vorhanden und es war zu 100 % wie in der Portalbeschreibung. 「Absolutely horrible stay, disgusting stay & even worse service. Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. 「We were with a bunch of collegues and there was enough place, but it was too bad that the room with the bunk beds was closed. Because as collegues we didn't wanted to sleep in the same beds ;) But overall, the villa was amazing, everything you need is there. The hottub was perfect with the view. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. The management team is excellent- super responsive. One of the bedrooms smelled mouldy and they came the next day with air fresheners and re cleaned the room. (The room did seem to always have a musty smell). House is excellent for large groups. There are lots of areas to have a meal. It was nice that all bedrooms have bathrooms.」

「Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open.」

「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」
