First I’d like to say, it takes A LOT for me to get upset and/or leave a negative review, even if I feel wronged in some way. For the most part, I held my tongue on the negative things my husband and I noticed for sake of trying to enjoy our stay. Now I MUST say, this has been the worst stay I’ve experienced!!! For starters, it is frustrating that the closing of the hotel was NOT disclosed prior to booking our stay. Apparently the hotel was closing down the same day we were scheduled to check out and according to the hotel, your company was aware of their plan to close, at least 4 months in advance. Had we been made aware of this up front, we could have made a different choice on where we wanted to stay. We booked for 6 days here. The first few days, although not the best food and drinks, seemed OKAY. 3 days in, service really started to decline.
