this is my experience = i would like to share that I am very generous, tipping everyone.. this resort was a WASTE OF MONEY 👎 WITH SO MANY OTHER HOTELS TO CHOOSE FROM, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD DO BETTER.
1st off : Very, Unwelcoming staff upon check in, not friendly, Elevators are very SLOW - +, NO AC in elevators?/ you're in a hot box, extremely slow elevators & it was not busy. The room Tv or Toilet was not working- shouldn't these things be tested before issuing room to a guest?
Buffet was low quality food, my companion got sick after eating buffet food / violent vomiting on Day 1. A doctor had to be called for the severity. Then they charge $8 for Room service ? Even though you have all inclusive, and you're not allowed to bring your own food to the room?
Seating in buffet restaurant again it was not crowded or busy, we request a table by the window.As we are on vacation and we like the view of the ocean, with over ten empty tables, they told us that we can only sit at a table that holds two chairs!? Also calling the front desk to report these various things. The phone would ring and no answer. When I did reach someone i would be transferred around several times. I did speak with a Guest Services Manager "Grisselle" who was very nice to speak to but, nothing changed, as my stay was very disappointing.
Outdated hotel & features.
