Absolutely amazing. I have been a member of Hard Rock properties for more than 10 years but have always gone to the property on Punta Cana but this hotel in Cancun is amazing in every aspect. Totally recommended

This is our second trip in 10 years to the hard rock and it is consistent. Consistently good! The food is amazing. The staff is friendly. The property is pristine. Believe it or not, we are coming back in August!

The service is like no other. I have now stayed in 3 different Hard Rock resorts in each one of them has top-notch food and drinks. The people that work here are absolutely amazing and the service is impeccable. You can’t go wrong with this brand.
