"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. Vandet blev tjekket mens vi så på, dejligt at se, så ved man de er opmærksomme. Badeværelse småt. Megagod morgenmad buffet, fint udvalg til laktose intolerans/gluten intolerant. Lidt udenfor Parma, ikke gå afstand. God restaurant Roscille i nærheden, 2 km. Udmærket til en enkelt overnatning. Håndværker hotel, men ikke negativt"

"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."
