We have been in contact with Rentallorca: Esteve and his colleague are great and really very professional. When we arrived there were tree leaves in the pool, we called Rentallorca, they came immediately to clean it and the children were able to enjoy it immediately. Our stay was very well. 「Wir waren mit fünf Leuten in der Finca und haben vor allem die ruhige Lage und die gleichzeitige Nähe zu Arta genossen. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Möblierung im Außenbereich sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist die spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche. Gerne immer wieder!」

For shopping to Binissalem or Inca short distances, to Palma or Alcudia also only approx. 30min. And a "feeling of freedom" is guaranteed due to the fact that there are no neigbours in clother distance (apart from brown hares :-)」

「The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.」
