"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was clean, staff were helpful, breakfast was superb and tasty. The hotel is well located, safe area. Beach is beautiful. Highly recommend"

2/10 Terrible

"Absolutely awful experience, with numerous cleaners making noise from 8am daily despite the fact that they should not have started the cleaning before 9am. Tremendous noise from banging, moving of furniture, shouting, laughing, chatting, calling to each from opposite ends of the corridor daily. Thoroughly unprofessional and rude cleaning staff continued to do this despite being asked to stop by the reception and who walked off showing attitude and rudely and who did not apologize to me. On one night, male guests speaking very loudly in German and who sounded drunk, arrived at 1 am and made a lot of noise and then proceeded to switch on the TV in their room and music on loudly at 1:30am. Be aware that the noise issues at this hotel, which has zero sound proofing, are pretty bad. If you want to be able to rest, sleep, have a peaceful stay, just know that you will not get this at this hotel. In addition to all this, you will hear children running at speed up and down the corridors daily and the staff allow this to continue."

"AVOID. I booked this hotel for my birthday which was ruined by tremendous noise caused by the cleaner at 8am. Rude cleaning lady began making noise in the room next door at 8am banging the beds, moving furniture around etc even though this is not allowed until 9am. She pretended that she did not know she was not supposed to be making noise at that time and continued. The reception did not contact her and instead said they would mention it to the manager, whom they were unable to reach. This despite the fact that they knew exactly which room number I was in, the room number that the cleaner was in, and that there are phones in the room on which they could contact the cleaner. The desk/table area of the room was white but covered in scratches where the paint had come off and this had not been repaired. On the balcony, the metal fittings were dirty and rusted and in a bad state. Absolutely not up to four star standard."
