「Loved our stay. Super spacious and central」

「Very clean property, very good communication Good place 👌」

「Love the area. It’s in the City Center. Walkable on most of the tourist spots and I love it that it’s walking distance to Duomo. The only complaint I have is the check in process. We got in the apartment and I still didn’t get an email how to get the keys. We need to call them to help us how to access the keys. And also they only provided 1 set of keys considering 5 people staying on the apartment. I requested extra keys before our check in but wasn’t accommodated. 1 more complaint...

「There is a 6 € city tax for each person which was unexpected, Unit was perfect and located very close to a restaurant, wine bar, gelato bar and cafe.」

「Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.」

「The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning.」
