The space
Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhod, the main entry opens to a hallway leading to the fully equipped kitchen on the left and the lounge ahead. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a dining table and entertainment with an Amazon FireTV and Alexa dot to chose your favourite streaming channel or TV program.

Upstairs you will find a beautifully built bathroom with a power shower, sink and toilet. The main bedroom comprises of a King size bed, fitted wardrobe and drawers (with a safe). The bedside tables have USB connections and power sockets built in.

The second bedroom comprises a King size bed which can be converted into 2 x Single beds if required (please request during your booking for setup prior to your stay - an additional payment would be required for this). Drawers and hanging space also available in the bedroom.
Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Fast Wifi up to 30 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot is available to hire at a cost of £30. Please request during your booking, for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby Bugdens convenience store minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
