「Front desk staff is friendly and efficient」

「Overall a very good experience. I didn't like the shower so much. It had a short wall with the slide shower mounted on it close to the wall. It felt like a lot of wasted shower room and was too close to wall.」

「The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The Japanese-made air conditioner was high-performance and easy to use. The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient. 」

「The room was adorable with chocolates and brownies awaiting us.」

「Very convenience near from bus centre and shops. And it was clean and calm , we tottally relaxed.」

「No lounge (only a kitchenette/dining area) and an average bathroom. Odd layout with the second bedroom off the first. Nice and quiet, very handy, but probably not tot eh standard of newer facilities in Cambridge」
