Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.

"Overall, it is an excellent property, and the staff is very helpful, nice, and lovable. Food, amenities, the pool area, excellent, Filigrana restaurant over the top!. My only note is that the hotel will very soon need to be touched up. Location is gorgeous."

"Shower had almost no water pressure during the night. I arrived at 3am, the room was freezing, I had to turn off the AC and was looking for a nice warm shower, but had a shower with drips of water instead. Hope you can fix this issue for the next guests."
