「The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and...

「ホテルを予約したがアパルトマンだった。よって、フロントサービスは２４時間体制ではなく、早い時間に閉まってしまい、ドライヤーを借りようとしたができなかった。また、早７時に出発したが、まだフロントは開いていなくてレストランのスタッフにキーを渡してチェックアウトした。ホテルの近くには、スーパー、subwayなどがあり便利な所である。」

"ホテルの位置はアルルの駅から歩いて10分もかからないところにありました。スタッフの方たちがとてもフレンドリーで頭が良さそう。ホテル自体がとても綺麗で洗練された家具と内装で快適でした。カフェには、少しずつ選んで頼める惣菜みたいなものが沢山あってどれもおいしかったです✨"
