O local é maravilhoso! Muito tranquilo, com a natureza bem preservada. A única questão que ainda pode ser aprimorada é o acesso, acredito que, se fosse asfaltado, seria ainda melhor. As pessoas que me atenderam eram pessoas muito educadas e prestativas. Achei o café da manhã excelente! Tudo fresquinho e quentinho além de boas variedades.

A pousada é muito charmosa e bem cuidada. Os chalés são novos e confortaveis.Unico ponto negativo é que não tem lugar suficiente para deixar roupas, com pouco armario/gavetas.

Excelente! Lugar muito bonito, inserido na natureza local, extremamente bem cuidado. A pousada proporciona um ambiente perfeito para descanso. Silenciosa, tranquila, pássaros que alegram o lugar. Café da manhã completo, muitas opções, qualidade impecável, um dos melhores que já tivemos. Fica a 1,5 km da principal rua de Monte Verde, e não é uma caminhada rápida (algumas ruas de terra e sem calçadas). Pegamos alguns dos dias mais frios do ano e, por isso, como já dito em outra avaliação, o quarto fica muito frio, a ponto de se tornar desconfortável para dormir, mesmo com manta térmica e lareira. Um aquecedor portátil tornaria a experiência 100% satisfatória. É uma crítica construtiva, como sugestão para a melhoria da prestação de serviços, que já é de excelência, mas pode se tornar ainda melhor. Adoramos a pousada, e em um eventual retorno a Monte Verde, não hesitaríamos em nos hospedar na Toca da Coruja!!

Apartamento bom, mas o banheiro não tinha porta (parece que era de vidro temperado, talvez tenha se quebrado e não foi recolocada - pois tem ainda a canaleta no local), cheiro muito ruim vindo do ralo ou de algum outro local. Reclamamos algumas vezes sobre isso, mas não foi resolvido. Fora isso, boa estadia.
