「We were allocated a room for a disabled person even though neither of us are disabled or had requested it. However we did appreciate the wet room rather than a bath with shower over. But, and a big but for any traveller, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place toiletries, razors, toothbrushes, deodorant, hairbrushes etc etc. All the things that are needed within reach of the sink. We ended up dragging the chair in the shower to the sink in order to have our toilet bags close without them...

「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel . It was very clean and comfortable. However I was disappointed with the breakfast experience with limited options and limited staff to manage it . On the 2 nd day most of the breakfast items were empty when we arrived at 9 am and had to wait for long time .」

「Slightly tired room, could do with a spruce up, didn't think it was worth the cost (though it was the weekend of the snooker so there was presumably a surcharge) but it was perfectly fine and in a great location.」

「I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside.」

「We love visiting this unique hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
The lido is spectacular. Our annexe room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The addition of a fridge in the room was very welcome.」
