「Très belle petite demeure dans le centre antique de la ville. Charmant, sécurisé. La dame à la réception (propriétaire certainement), et Moussa étaient super agréables, disponibles et serviables. 」

「La struttura è strutturata in modo congruo e funzionale. Ottima la pulizia ed il personale molto disponibile e d educato. Cibo buono. Si trova in un area protetta, ma è distante dai servizi e dal centro abitato. Non c'è un ATM nella struttura, la zona non è molto coperta da segnale telefonico di molti operarori. La connessione wifi raggiunge solo aree limitate. Con pochi accorgimenti potrebbe fare un salto di qualità.」

Premium suite is large with a big bathroom complex, but it has got a lot of small spots: no connector at the bed, small uncomfortable chars on the large balcony, no self/drawer in the large gardrobe, scanic recessed but unconfortable tub, dry-rotten wood surface. 「Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there.
