"Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property. "

"Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. We couldn’t have asked for more - everything was perfect from start to finish!"

"This property is situated perfectly for incredible sunrise views! It's also located conveniently to down-town Calpe and easy access to the surrounding areas, towns, and cities. The pool deck and pool was very nice as well and we enjoyed being able to enjoy the outdoor space."

"My vacation was very relaxing; I have nothing to complain about the property, except for a few comments:1) The bottom pole of the parasol was missing, making it unusable.2) You should check that all remote controls are working before renting, as some of the batteries were dead; you shouldn't leave these costs to the renter.Otherwise, everything was fine; I would rent it again."

"My family greatly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our large group. The outside area was perfect and indoor clean and spacious. "

"Esmeralda is in a great position . Room was fairly compact with good views. Reasonably comfortable but fridge is too small for guests staying more than a week. Oven was very slow as well"

"Fantastic property with a large pool. For a large family of all ages, there is enough space for socialising and for quieter times. Property has all the essentials plus travel cot, high chair etc. Communication with Steve the owner was great."

"This villa was gorgeous. Beautifully appointed and very well designed and cared for. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The drive was not long from Calpe (10 -15 mins). The road was a bit narrow and seemed to be in a more remote location, but it was TOTALLY worth it for the incredible views of surrounding hills, and it was so peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved the pool and the views from the pool area were spectacular. A true gem."

"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed in a sea view room which had a huge double bed and an amazing view of the beach. Everything is extremely clean and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent. The pool is wonderful, overlooking the sea which is beautiful, the only negative thing I have to say is that the hotel policy of removing towels from unoccupied beds is not adhered to, so it’s very difficult to get a bed later in the morning."

"It was my second time at RH Ifach and definitely will come back more. The rooms have been refurbished and were clean with huge comfortable king beds :) there is a big balcony. Easy parking just outside the hotel, 5 mnt walk from restaurants and Fossa beach. I had full boars and the food was delicious :)"

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean throughout, with thoughtful touches that made our arrival feel especially welcoming — welcome pack was such a nice surprise!The owner was excellent with communication both before and during our stay. He provided fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets which delivered to the villa.The villa’s large pool area was a definite highlight — spacious and perfect for the kids to have fun and for relaxing in the sun. We especially loved the amazing outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, and appreciated that shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in all of the bathrooms. If we had one small piece of feedback, it would be the lack of comfortable outdoor seating for morning coffees or evening chats. We passed this on to the owner, who was receptive and open to suggestions.Overall, a truly enjoyable experience. "

The pool and outside space was fabulous for eight people and air conditioning in the house was definitely needed.Hakim went above and beyond what was expected any questions were answered promptly.
