The kitchen includes all the necessities: a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction stovetop, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The dining area, conveniently positioned beside the kitchen, flows effortlessly into the cozy lounge space, where a plush sofa and a Smart TV provide the perfect setting for relaxation. From here, step through to the expansive 28 m² balcony, with a covered dining area and a stylish lounge set.
