This spacious villa in Calpe is located in a relaxed area lined with colorful houses. It comes with a private swimming pool for refreshing dives during summer and a balcony for soaking in the winter sun during the day and enjoying barbecues in the evenings. It can host a family of 9 guests with children or a large group.

Enjoy the picturesque beach of Platja de la Fossa 3 km away, while the promenades and palm trees of Arenal-Bol at 5 km will have you hooked. Equidistant is the Parque Natural Peñón de Ifac where you can witness ample natural beauty and variety of birds and endemic species. Prachtig huis, ruim, mooi zwembad. De wijk waarin het huis staat, komt niet overeen met de kwaliteit van het huis. Bij een van de toiletten is één steun geplaatst ten behoeve van oudere mensen. Een tweede steun lijkt mij geen al te grote investering en maakt het opstaan voor ouderen en minder mobiele personen aanzienlijk lichter en eenvoudiger. Prettige en behulpzame beheerder.
