"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

"Hotel is in a quiet bay situated on waters edge. Stayed in a Suite room which had a mountain view not a sea view (Sea view rooms are available but are smaller). Clean beach, calm waters, relaxed bars and a few shops. Portinatx is small and can be walked along beach walkway from hotel on 5mins. Local bus from Portinatx go Ibiza town and Santa Eluraia des Rui."

"Excellent well located hotel on the beach with great interior designs, shower and bed. The staff is amazing as well as restaurant food. There are also 3 other restaurants and little supermarkets in the same area. We loved this hotel!"

"Ruim huis, nette tuin, mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Helaas vonden we prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet in z’n recht staan. Zo waren er dunne gordijnen op alle slaapkamers waardoor het ‘s ochtends al vroeg licht is. Uit nood hebben we vuilniszakken voor de ramen geplakt. Er zijn 2 douches: een heel smalle douchecabine boven waarin je amper kan bukken zonder de douchewand te raken, en een douche beneden in bad. Bij beide douches wordt de vloer nat. Tevens is het rekje van de vaatwasmachine roestig. De inrichting is verouderd en de 2 banken in de woonkamer zijn erg laag en niet comfortabel om langere tijd op te zitten,"

"Fab as always our October half term annual trip, unfortunately the end of season was a little earlier this year so we had to cut our trip a little shorter than usual. Big thank you to the kids club staff! 10/10 service by all staff members."

"I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area ."
