「Fun little place right on the Katy Trail. Hosts were very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. Know two things: 1) bathroom is in a separate building next door; 2) food choices, especially before the weekend, are almost non existent. But that's not the owners fault-they provided a great place to stay and we will do so again next time we are on the Katy. Thanks!」

「This cabin was the perfect little spot for a weekend. All of the amenities down by the water (picnic tables, floaties, extra chairs) and the nice appliances inside (pans, knife set, plenty of extra blankets, gas grill) made it easy to pack light and still have a very pleasant trip.」

「This place is a gem. The cabin was meticulously appointed. Everything looks as though it’s brand new. I would put this host in the top 1% of those I have encountered. They communicated well and proactively. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Not to mention that they’re just nice people. I even knocked off a bucket list item by catching my first gar here. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Dark and creepy if you’re a single female staying alone. Shower and toilet are a short distance to walk to at night with minimal light. The owners are on site which was comforting to know after realizing who the random lady was that in fact scared the heck out of my guest by beating on the window of their vehicle. Overall not extremely terrible but probably wouldn’t stay there again.. 」
