No mugs, one dishwasher detergent puck, no face cloths, no broom or vacuum cleaner, no extra blankets, one stained tea towel, and limited chairs in living/dining area for 6 people the property can host. "The property is great for 3 couples. The kitchen/ living area is great for visiting and entertaining. You will have to schedule shower times as there is only 1 shower. The bed in the large room is very hard. You do not sink into that mattress at all. The floors in the bathrooms and the baseboards need to be properly cleaned. The walls could use a touch up as well. We did notice a musty smell throughout the house."

"The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house."
