The snacks in the little shop were good, a little pricy, but you pay for convenience. I booked the shuttle with one front desk agent however when I went to check out, the other desk agent said I wasn't on the list. So always confirm they put you on the list, not just say 'okay'"

"It was close to a lot of amenities downtown and the Calgary tower was across the street. The valet service was good and the room was comfy enough. The staff were professional and courteous. But as it was downtown TONS of sketchy people everywhere. We didn’t NOT feel safe but at the same time we felt the need to lock our car doors immediately. "
