The Good, the bad, and the ugly. Unfortunately, this unit missed the mark. The good... This townhouse has an excellent location. Close to shops & restaurants and only a block from the beach access. It also offers a very nice pool which is well protected from the breeze on windy days. The kitchen was nice and looks like it was recently updated. The management company was very responsive and cooperative. The bad... This unit has been ridden hard and put down wet. It's just very tired and needs a complete refresh. The furnishings look like they came from someone's basement where they were sitting for twenty years looking for someplace to land. Additionally, they are way past their prime. Repairs were done in an unprofessional manner. The unit has a nice deck off the living room which would be great for alfresco dining; but has no table! All in all, this offering has great potential, but us just plain ugly.
