「The house and ground are lovely and very close to the beach. Food was very good for the price, and overall very happy with my stay. The room looked a little tired, and the wet room floor wasn't clean. Drain was also backing up and flooding the floor whilst showering. Overall location excellent and good value for money. 」

When I booked seven months in advance I had requested a room on the 2nd floor, partly as there is no lift, however our room allocated was on the 3rd floor with no option to change. At the time of our stay in August 2023 there is NO wifi available.」

「Wow! The photos don't do the place justice, its amazing! The communication and access are easy, on arrival a lady showed me the place, there's a set of 4 or 5 together which are seperate from the tourers etc. Theres nothing you don't need inside, shower, toilet, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all top branded quality stuff. The units are very new and modern and have been decorated to the highest standard. The views are to die for and its a few minutes drive into Forfar. Cant wait to use...

「Lovely little property in the heart of rural Scotland: however, the property hadn't been cleaned or the beds changed prior to our arrival! We contacted the owner who informed us a cleaner would be with us by 10am the following day. We arrived at the property at 8pm on a Sunday night, after a five hour drive and spent the next two hours cleaning the kitchen and bathroom but still had no beds to sleep in so the sofa had to do for the first night.
