「The pool is lovely and perfect temperature for a swim in any weather. The staff at Reception (Especially Elise) were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will be staying there again.」

「I am a Japanese but stayed in Wollongong several times. The room is neat and tidy. I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much. The bistro together with the pub is cozy. Although this is not in the center of Wollongong, still conveniently located and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in...

「Good value and clean for our family of 4. NIcely renovated. A little bit cosy on space - but we were only there for 1 night so it was fine. They do provide a microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery on request - and you are expected to do your own dishes - which is fine - but there is only a tiny bathroom sink to do them in!」

「Second stay this week but got a queen room this time. Was extremely pleased with my room. Clean, comfortable with a huge shower in a large bathroom. Staff, hotel ambience and meals were again, very good . I feel very comfortable as a solo female traveller on this occasion, to stay and eat a meal in nice surroundings. One of my favourite best on budget stays. Common kitchenette area available. Walking distance to shopping Centre 」
