Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order.
Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed.

Cleaning cloth left in bathroom
Staff very friendly. It was a shame there was a wedding party in progress where the children where left to run around causing noise in the bar, very unfair on the staff and customers. The bar prices were very steep £24.95 for a bottle of house wine? Breakfast amazing with lovely staff.

Tiny bathroom with peeling paint on bath ,entrance to hotel looks fab ,our room was dingy ,over bed light one wasn’t working and it wasn’t the bulb .the lift is tiny and need a paint job .pool and jacuzzi was fine ,staff pleasant .but sadly won’t book this hotel again

Room was very comfortable with everything we needed. An odd thing to say in Feb but the room was too warm. We turned radiators off which helped. I guess its proof of good insulation and the staff catering to all customers.
