Everything about this hotel is impressive (not least the views!) and classy. Every staff member is extremely helpful and efficient. The Canónigo is not cheap but with its top notch service and memorable location it is excellent value for money.

Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently

best place ever. the staff was very kind and helpful. the location did not have as much sun due to the cliffs so sunset and sun rise couldn’t be seen. the location did not have much around it. but it was the most perfect place to relax and unwind and heal from this cruel world. i lived it there. ...

Rather a tired old hotel, lacking in amenities. Nothing special. E.g. no tea/coffee in room, no conditioner or lotion in bathroom, poor breakfast selection (and they didn't even refill the scrambled eggs once they were gone). Not sure how it's rated 4 star. Location was great, though.
