BATHROOM HAD BLACK MOLD IN SHOWER AND ON THE WALLS OUTSIDE THE SHOWER AND THE FAUCET WAS COMING OUT OF THE WALL. ROOM WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ABSOLUTELY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL..2-.3 AT BEST!!! TERRIBLE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK. VERY SMALL AND DATED ROOM WITH A LARGE WRAPPED PIPE OUTSIDE THE VERY SMALL WINDOW THAT LOOKED AT THE ALLEY. THE AC HUMMED EVERYTIME YOU TURNED IT ON AND

Nice, very small room. But there is no reception, everything is virtual. And they reached out to me on WhatsApp, which I never use, so I didn’t know they tried to contact me. Luckily, I contacted them prior to my stay and this is when I found out they needed to contact me. Also, walls are thinner than paper, we can hear everything in other rooms and outdoor. They are aware of it as they provide earplugs.
