"You mustvchamge all doors in depandanse and also beds are so old and unsafe for sleeping. They are broken and whenyou cloae thw door you see if someone is infront your door. "I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica.
