「The breakfast staff the front desk staff and the transportation staff were excellent! However, the only drawback was room 326 room door would not close on its own after opening the door coming and going had to pull it or push it hard in order to close it. Other than that, I stay there again.」
「I left my wallet in a taxi but the hotel staff were really kind to call the taxi company and I was able to get it back safely.
The only thing is there was no soap for hand washing in a lavatory.」
「This place was awaeome and very clean….parking right on the lot…The only thing is you don’t have a microwave in your room you have to go to front desk, bummer….Took us approximately 5 minutes to get to Cleveland Clinic 」
