"The room I booked, Jr Suite, was not available so we were given a sub-standard room. The room had a tiny 2ft X 3ft window ar ceiling height. The AC was broken and the room remained at 26⁰C 82⁰F all night. Unbearable! No compensation was actually given, inspite of a promise to do so, for the change ..."
