One of our favorite stays in a hotel ever! Stefano and Isabella are the best hosts and from the food to the accommodation to access to the spa next door, our time in Caderzone Terme was a 10/10. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting northern Italy.

Great location and hospitality.

Last minute decision to stay overnight near to ski resort. The hotel was well appointed with a beautiful wellness centre attached. Hospitality and meals were excellent and the hosts were particularly friendly. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and intend to stay again.

Servizio e cortesia fanno da padroni al Palazzo Lodron Bertelli. Gli host gestiscono la struttura con amore e cura trattando i clienti con inesauribile gentilezza e premura. Accedendo direttamente dalla struttura si può godere della spa del Borgo della Salute, un’ulteriore coccola del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per un weekend sugli sci (impianto di Pinzolo a 5/10 min e di Madonna di Campiglio a 15/20 min)

Molto buono, ma alcuni dettagli migliorabili

Tutto al meglio, attenzione, cura e premura nei confronti dei clienti. Colazione molto buona e ben curata, un po' "corta" però nella parte salata, perlomeno quella esposta. Noi abbiamo preso la camera a prezzo più alto dell'albergo, mi aspettavo quindi un piccolo e banale gesto di gratitudine, quale ad esempio la banale offerta di due amari locali che abbiamo consumato, al prezzo di 8€. Altro elemento migliorabile, l'acqua del frigo in camera: una bottiglia da 25cl viene fatta pagare 1 €. Ultimo elemento, temperatura in camera che non scendeva sotto i 24° di notte piuttosto fastidiosa.

Una piacevolissima sorpresa

Davvero una struttura eccellente, pulita, gradevolissima. Un'accoglienza davvero familiare da parte dei gestori, molto premurosi e attenti alle nostre esigenze. L'albergo è situato in un incantevole angolo di Caderzone, dove sono presenti una SPA convenzionata, una struttura per riunioni/eventi e un piccolo museo. Se tutti gli alberghi fossero così, viaggerei tutta la vita :)
